Booking
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal. Spring weekends and December fill up fast — book a little earlier.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 72 hours before the session — once, no questions asked.
Do you travel?
Anywhere in Latvia at no extra cost; abroad for editorial and destination projects.
Can I book a gift session for someone?
Of course — choose an amount or a package and we send a printed or e-card.
The session
How long does a session take?
From one hour for Essential to a full day for Editorial. We never rush the start.
I’m not photogenic — will it work?
Almost everyone says that. We talk, walk, laugh — the best frames come in between.
Can I bring kids or pets?
Yes! Family sessions are designed for little ones and four-legged members.
Where is the studio?
12 Gallery Lane, Riga — a north-light studio with parking nearby.
Styling
What should I wear?
Simple, solid colours and textures you love. You get a styling guide after booking.
Is hair & make-up included?
It’s included in Premium and Editorial; for other packages it’s a €120 add-on.
How many outfits can I bring?
1 for Essential, up to 3 for Signature, unlimited for Editorial.
Can we shoot outdoors?
Yes — on location sessions add €60 in Riga or €140 outside the city.
Delivery
When will I get my photos?
Previews within 48 hours, hand-retouched finals in a private gallery within 7 days.
How do I choose my favourites?
Tap the heart in your online gallery and leave notes for retouching.
Can I get the RAW files?
No — every image is a finished, hand-retouched photograph. That’s the work.
Can I order more retouched photos?
Yes, extra images are €25 each, delivered within 3 working days.
Prints
What paper do you print on?
Cotton rag paper, 308 g, with archival pigment inks — museum quality.
Do you frame prints?
Yes — oak, black or white frames with museum glass on request.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, worldwide in protective packaging; free delivery in Latvia over €300.
Can I print my own photos?
Of course — upload your files and choose a size, paper and frame.
Payments
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit secures your date; the rest is paid on the day by card or transfer.
Do you offer discounts?
10% for returning clients and 15% for students on portrait packages.
Can I pay in instalments?
For Editorial and Wedding packages the balance can be split into two payments.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes — just add your company details when booking.
