“We” and “us” mean Avava Los Angeles. “You” means the person using the site or buying, selling or reserving a vehicle. “Vehicle” means any car listed on template-preview.com.

“Listing price” is the full price shown on a vehicle page, before tax and registration.

Every vehicle is sold with a 150-point inspection report and a history check. Prices are fixed and not negotiable. A sale is complete when both parties sign the purchase agreement and payment clears.

Delivery by enclosed carrier is free within 250 miles of Los Angeles. Beyond that we quote before you pay. Risk passes to you at hand-over.

Vehicles are insured in transit. If a vehicle is damaged before hand-over we repair or replace it at no cost.

Instant offers are valid for 7 days, subject to inspection confirming the details you gave. Payment is made within 24 hours of pickup by bank transfer.
